This 30 minute FIT4BABY “pop-up” prenatal class will give you a taste of our 6 week program that is designed specifically for moms-to-be. The class includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes, bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
